Privacy Policy

• Account info — your email address, used to sign you in via a one-time link.
• Content you upload — the photos and text prompts you submit, and the videos we generate from them.
• Payment info — handled entirely by Stripe; we receive only your subscription/purchase status, never your card details.
• Basic usage data — things like when you generated a video and whether it succeeded, so we can run and improve the Service.

• To operate the Service — generating your videos, managing your account and credits, and processing payments.
• To communicate with you about your account (e.g. sign-in links, purchase confirmations).
• To detect abuse and keep the Service secure.

We don't sell your personal data, and we don't use your uploaded photos to train AI models.

• Supabase — hosts our database and handles authentication.
• fal.ai — receives your uploaded photo and prompt to generate the animated video.
• Stripe — processes payments.
• Resend — delivers our sign-in emails.

Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy policies.

We keep your account, uploaded photos, and generated videos for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete this data within 30 days, except where we need to keep it longer for legal or fraud-prevention reasons.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email us at makephotosalive@gmail.com.

We use only the essential cookies needed to keep you signed in. We don't currently use analytics or advertising cookies.

The Service isn't directed at children, and you must meet the minimum age described in our Terms of Service to use it.

We may update this policy from time to time; we'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
